Here are some tracks pulled from playlists from Arabic events we’ve dj-ed. There are a range of tracks here from more uptempo dancing to cocktails to more traditional Arabic songs. Lebanese artist Nancy Ajram is one of the most popular singers in Arabian music and Alabina modernizes traditional Arabic songs with a latin flavor. DJ Nader has some amazing Arabic remixes as well which are not on Itunes but you can find them on Amazon. This is by no means a comprehensive list just a sampling of some Arabic music and is not necessarily specific to any one country (Morocco, Algeria, North Africa, Lebanon, etc.). There isn’t any arabic house, more uptempo electronic dance music or newer arabic pop music on this list, will post that one in December. For now here is the Itunes playlist. I was looking for a dj who could spin both arabic and american music for a private party at a lounge on Soho. This list has a nice mix of popular and lesser known arabic songs. Thank you for sharing.

Great list of arabic songs! Frankly speaking, I haven’t heard about some of them, but it’s great you are able to incorporate arabic music as part of the events you dj. Thank you for posting!
