Here is the slideshow from the reception we dj-ed Sunday evening at Thalassa.  This is one of my favorite event spaces in the city. It’s a family owned Greek restaurant in Tribeca designed by Jean-Pierre Heim and exists in that rare echelon of restaurants in NYC with amazing food and wine, an ambient atmosphere, yet also capable of handling larger scale events with three floors of space.  It’s the best of both worlds in that the best food and wine are served yet you can still have a full on reception.  At many venues often one is sacrificed one for the other.  Depending on which options you select as part of the reception, the Mait’red told me a typical Sunday wedding with 120-140 people will run in the 22-30k range.
