Crossed Keys Inn dj nyc feedback!

Received some great feedback for a wedding we dj-ed at the Crossed Keys Inn in Andover, NJ last summer.

"I knew from the first meeting that dj nyc were going to be exactly what we wanted for our wedding.   Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable about and willing to play obscure post punk, new wave, indie rock, etc., but they had great suggestions from many more different eras of music, and will dig up very cool less familiar tracks by well known acts that still completely fit the bill.   I still to this day get people telling me how blown away they were by the music at our wedding.  How many times have you heard that about other weddings?   It’s rare to find DJs so passionate about what they do.  Every step of the way they talked with us at length to get everything exactly right, making sure that we were on the same page with the schedule of events, and they pretty much left no stone unturned digging up each and every song of our specific request list.   Thanks guys!  We can’t thank you enough for making our day even more perfect."

We were at the Crossed Keys Inn for a wedding reception on Saturday. They have a new, beautiful fire pit near the main reception area.  There is a nice skyline view beyond it and they built the area around it with chairs, tables and torches.  It's great because you can relax near it while still seeing and hearing what's going on in the main reception area.  I'll post the complete slideshow tomorrow...

We had two weddings over the weekend so there is a bunch of photos to post.  Saturday we were at the Crossed Keys Inn in Andover, NJ. Such a great place for a reception, it's close enough to the city that you can have shuttle buses drive guests back and forth, but far enough out of the city to feel like a destination wedding. We dj-ed there in the fall as well and you can see additional photos here. I'll post the slideshow tomorrow.

Crossed Keys Inn - Andover, NJ - 9-27-08

We were at the Crossed Keys Inn on Saturday night in Andover, NJ for a wedding.  It's a beautiful space next to a cornfield and in a more remote area of central Jersey close to Waterloo Village. It's so nice to get out of the city and be able to relax at a venue like this.

We had a blast there, one of the best groups we've djed for, and were able to play all kinds of music including ska, roots reggae, merengue, funk, soul, indie, early 80s hip hop, and classic rock.  Here's a partial listing of a few of their choices and our recommendations as well:
