Here’s an update from the post in January about dj jobs in NYC. 

Please be mindful of the following, we are really looking for djs with experience, their own car and gear, as well as  decent MCing skills.

- Experienced. We’re looking for djs with experience djing weddings, corporate events, fashion shows and private parties.
– A professional, polished MC
– **have transportation
– **are able to carry and load (heavyish) equipment
– **Have your own set of equipment (and preferably back-up)
– Currently a club, lounge, bar or wedding DJ looking for additional gigs.

– A connoisseur of music: dance, hip hop, R&B, indie, Motown, Funk, 80s, 90s, 00s, bhangra, salsa, soul, house, merengue, afrobeat, reggae, dancehall, house, indie, arabic, middle eastern etc. Please tell us the genres you know well.
