Daptone Records just released Charles Bradley’s version of Heart of Gold. Brooklyn Vegan has a nice write up on Bradley and his upcoming NYC show Jul 26th not to be missed. Can hear a couple other of Charles Bradley’s tracks on Paris DJs.
Here’s a nice acoustic version with Menehan Street Band guitarist Tom Brenneck.
